At Romi's Pawsome Treats, we work hard to ensure that your pup receives their treats as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle deliveries, shipping times, and any applicable fees.

1. Shipping Areas:

Currently, Romi’s Pawsome Treats ships to addresses within [country/region]. If you are outside of this area, please contact us to inquire about possible shipping options. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses at this time unless otherwise stated.

2. Processing Time:

Once your order is confirmed, we typically process and prepare your box for shipment within 3-5 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after your order has been shipped.

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after shipping.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, holidays, and carrier performance. While we strive to meet these estimated times, delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or postal service disruptions are outside of our control.

4. Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. In some cases, free shipping promotions may be available and will be automatically applied to eligible orders.

Romi’s Pawsome Treats is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout. If you realize you made a mistake with your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible to correct it.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments:

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to either send a replacement or issue a refund for the lost or damaged items, depending on the situation.

For international customers, shipping times and fees may vary based on location. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred upon delivery. Romi’s Pawsome Treats is not responsible for any customs-related delays.

10. Subscription Box Shipping:

For subscribers to Romi’s Pawsome Treats, boxes are shipped on a recurring monthly basis. Your first box will ship within 3-5 business days after you subscribe. Future boxes will ship around the same time each month. You will receive a shipping notification for each monthly delivery, including tracking details.

11. Changes to Shipping Policy:

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Shipping Policy.
